Matthew 1:18 & 21 18 This is how Jesus the Messiah was born. His mother, Mary, was engaged to be married to Joseph. But before the marriage took place, while she was still a virgin, she became pregnant through the power of the Holy Spirit. 21 And she will have a son, and you are to name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.”
Jesus’ earthly mother impregnated by the Holy Spirit was young and a virgin. Jesus is called the son of Man because his mother is earthly. She carried him in her womb and gave birth to Jesus.
Luke 2:5-7 5 He took with him Mary, to whom he was engaged, who was now expecting a child. 6 And while they were there, the time came for her baby to be born. 7 She gave birth to her firstborn son. She wrapped him snugly in strips of cloth and laid him in a manger, because there was no lodging available for them.
